Good doctor and good overall service

The worst doctor's surgery I have experienced. I had a 10:10 appointment and waited 25 minutes before being seen. I arrived 5 minutes early. Please note there is not a permanent receptionist available all the time (instead, there was a consutant(?) who was taking on a receptionist role (and so is only available when not seeing a patient). Therefore you need to wait a while before getting any receptionist support. As soon as I walked in, the doctor (Dr Ludmila Aagaard) told me she only had 5 minutes for my appointment, which made me feel rushed on top of the 25 minute wait. Ahead of booking this appointment, I had written a message via Helse Norge to the office explaining I would like a cervical smear test. Only during the face-to-face appointment was I told that such tests are not carried out until June. I could have received this information over message via HelseNorge. Instead I had to pay 214NOK for a late appointment, lasting 5 minutes, and where the information could have easily been communicated to me through other means. When I mentioned seeking guidance for breast examinations, she started offering me mammary tests at 2000NOK, so it seems she did not understand what I was asking for, despite me repeated saying I was seeking advice for testing by myself at home. The doctor did mention a blocked ear due to COVID, and because I only speak English, I made sure to speak slowly and clearly, repeating many times what I was asking for. In the end, I received no guidance on home breast examination besides 'if you find a lump, come in'. I do not recommend this surgery. Poor service and a waste of time and money. Will be changing immediately.
