Super good Mexican food. We live in California and this may still be the best mole we've had outside of Mexico. Fun intro of some local ingredients, but still hits the classic flavors.People were very nice and so excited to share their food, really enjoyed our evening with them.

The cocktails are to f-ing die for.We tried 4 cocktails and each of them were international bangers. As avid enjoyers of cocktails across the world, my fiance and I were amazed and completely enamored with the sheer quality of our drinks.I have never had such astounding complexity in a drink as I tasted when I tried my fiance’s Don Jose cocktail.Like a slow smokiness travelling through my tastebuds as though a gentle fire slowly spreading through a slice of paper. Following the smoke, a rush of pineapple and the enzymatic tickle of my tongue excites the senses. Perfection, only to be shown up by the sincere third act of a spicy, warm chili, embracing my mouth with a long-yearned heat during our stay in Scandinavia.Honorable mentions: Spicy Mama, Carajillo (oh my god btw), Paloma (refreshing)

Delicious food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Super flavorful. Very hospitable too - we called late and were offered a table shortly before the kitchen closed. Recommended!

Har hatt gleden av å spise på Agave flere ganger! Maten er alltid upåklagelig og fantastisk god. Inntrykket er at maten har autentisk meksikansk karakter og små detaljer fra servitøren som dette er oppskriften til kokkens bestemor fra Mexico City" bidrar til å løfte inntrykket ytterligere! Atmosfæren er designet for å gi deg en "ferie i egen by"; i det en setter seg får en følelsen av å være på en restaurant i mellom America

This restaurant shows again that the Mexican cuisine is one of the best worldwide. Delicious and authentic Mexican food. Good atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend this place.

So good that we went twice during our Bergen visit! Such a surprise, finding such delicious Mexican food in Norway, but we were all thoroughly pleased. Their tlacoyo vegetariano was lick-you-plate-clean delicious, as were the gambones al ajillo. Highly recommended.

This was surprisingly the best Mexican food I have had outside of Mexico. A cozy restaurant with a nice decor and very welcoming staff.The Mole Agave was excellent and definitely a must-try. The mole sauce was truly flavourful and complex in taste - ingredients included chili, nuts, chocolate and mezcal, and it even brought an aftertaste. The venison exceeded my expectation as well (I am never a fan of this type of meat), it was simply tender and juicy.I also had the ceviche rojo as the starter. This slightly chilly and sour dish was really appetising and great to be complimented by the crispy totopos. Lovely drinks and friendly staff who gave me quite a detailed introduction to their food.

Trodde jeg hadde smakt meksikansk mat, men aldri vært borti lignende kjøkken. Så mye gode og nye smaker. Må prøves om du er i Bergen! Hyggelig og smittende humør hos personalet.

Had little expectation of finding one of the best Mexican meals I've ever had while in Bergen Norway, but Agave was just that. You can tell the sauces and flavors are home grown yet bring all the best flavor and variety of Mexican cooking. No part of the dish is overlooked and each brimming with flavor- the rice was infused with spice, corn Tortillas rich with taste, and all ingredients were fresh. Tacos al pastor and Carne asada is a must not miss. Cocktails also on point. We only have three nights in Bergen but plan to come back to try more!!
