Selve hotellet er svært pent og ligger vakkert til med god utsikt. (Merk at du bør ta en taxi opp, gåavstand fra t-banen med bagasje kan være noe lang)Kjenner ikke til hele personalet men innsjekk fremkom noe rotete, rommet var ikke klart selv om vi kom 1 time etter det skulle være klart. We stayed on night here just after arriving in Oslo. Stellar view from the top of the mountain! I wish we could have stayed longer! It's right next to the famous ski jump and Nordic skiing track. We had a lovely dinner and went for a walk in the summer evening to see the competition grounds. AMAZING breakfast buffet included.Only complaint was the room window faced basically an alley behind the building, but we could have picked a nicer view if we were planning on staying longer.

Top notch breakfast, but that's mostly it. Breakfast isn't served until 9:00 on weekends, so good luck if you need to check out early for your further travels... The view is great, but can be had for free just by traveling there. The view from our room was just a stone wall, not what you expect from such a costly hotel stay. No working AC in the room, with comforters suitable for arctic conditions!Dinner at the restaurant was so extremely expensive and limited that we went elsewhere. Looking at other reviews seems to confirm that this was a good choice. The hotel gives you a strong feeling that you don't belong there if you stay in the cheap" rooms (that are already very expensive). Overall; would not recomment this hotel."

Hotel is beautiful, rooms clean and tidy spacious. We used the spa facilities and had a couples massage which were fantastic, breakfast great selection, lunch and dinner menu was delicious and wine selection.Only issue we have is that my partners aftershave went missing from the room, we reported it before we left and have emailed the hotel but heard nothing back.

The hotel is beautifully situated with views over Oslo. The building itself is also pleasant and the rooms were great with comfy beds. The breakfast had a good selection but could possible be spaced out better to avoid so much crowding.The only sligth negative is that the emergency routines seems a bit lacking. We got first hand experience when the fire alarm went off and we followed the emergency exit signs only to find ourselves trapped between the building and a cliff.

This hotel is nice and has beautiful views. It is a bit out of town and requires quite a drive to get back to all the attractions.The rooms are average size, the bathrooms are very small and not very well designed. There are no phones in the room, so you either have to call the desk on your cell phone or walk down to the lobby.There is no pool here except in the spa which I think you have to make an appointment at the spa and pay.

Hei, vi synes at hotellet er fin og rommet var rene og fine. Vi fikk god hjelp fra resepsjonen. Men når vi skulle spise middag på kvelden på søndagen så opplevde vi en ganske ubehagelig situasjon. En av servitørene (han nevnte at han var fra Portugal) var ganske pågående og upassende når han snakket med oss. Litt på kanten og litt frekk. Vi var tre damer og det føltes nesten som at han trodde at det var greit fordi vi var damer. Når vi skulle betale ønsket vi å betale hver for oss, da ble han sur og nektet å hjelpe oss. Jeg sa at vi ønsket å betale hver for oss, og da kastet han terminalen på bordet og gikk rasende. Vi spurte en annen servitør om hjelp, som også nektet å hjelpe oss fordi det inne var hans bord. Gikk til baren og da en hyggelig dame at hun ikke hadde med det å gjøre. Til slutt fikk vi god hjelp av Yousef som delte regningen. Ingen beklaget oppførselen eller noe. Det var ekstrem ubehagelig situasjon som ødela hele vår påskemiddag.

Dette stedet har en helt nydelig utsikt over byen. Det er i tillegg bygd i drage-stil, som gir det et helt eget preg. Serviceinnstilt personale. Nydelig mat i restauranten.

Big hotel with a grand view and cosy rooms, far from the city center. The staff is helpful but cannot solve all problems. Some annoying details could have been avoided, such as synthetic comforters that are a bit too hot for the summer. My room did not have a proper thermostat and the temperature did not go down below about 22 C in the evening, despite the massive air conditioning equipment between two buildings which causes a disturbing hum in some of the rooms, while some other rooms are very quiet. The desk was small and much of the space was occupied by badly placed outlets and a big lamp. Nice reception and breakfast area. Breakfast very good. The hotel has many good qualities, such as a shower door that actually closes (a rarity in hotels), but if the hotel should pay further attention to the guests' comfort, in particular temperature and noise in some rooms.
