Glaciertour

We decided to take the full tour, including a buss tour past beautifull scenery, a visitation to the Hopperstad Stave Church, a 2 hour fjord cruise which docked at Fjærland for a quick stop at the glacier museum and the glacier itself. The tourguides Kris and Remi (I hope I wrote their names correctly) couldn't have done it better and were helpfull, friendly and funny. I honestly recommend this tour to anyone and everyone!Be prepared though that if you take the full tour, you'll have a full day (13 hours) of entertainment and will probally be very tired at the end of it.

Beautiful trip to glacier. Comfortable boat, friendly staff, super tasty pancakes. Stop for a glacier museum with amazing movie about glacier, must see!And glacier itself!I suggest to wade through galcier ice cold water, it is something to remember : )

Everything was well planned, you can just relax and enjoy beautiful fjord and glacier views. You must see the movie at the musieum about the glacier! Friendly crew and guide. I had a great experience!

Today, June 28th 2023 we started the boat trip with the “Epos” from Vik to Balestrand crossing the Sogneford and sailing further to Fjaerland. Beautiful wheather and whilst sitting in front of the boat enjoying the fantastic and overwhelming nature with the many waterfalls along the way and the gletcher tops ahead. Very nice staff on the boat explaining all special views along the way. Instead of visiting the gletcher we chose to stay in Fjaerland enjoying the fjord before sailing back to Vik. A very well organized day trip.

Highly recommended. The bus from Bergen to vol is a little long but the bus is comfortable and fantastic views along the way. The lakes over Vikafjell still have ice too. The Stave church in VIK was impressive and the guide had some interesting anecdotes. Had some strawberries from a roadside stall outside the church that were delicious also.The highlights of the trip were the glacier museum and the glacier itself, the fjords provided excellent scenery and the staff were super friendly and local so had all the inside knowledge.

Fabulous tour from Voss including the Stave Church in Vik, the stunning fjord boat trip, the glacier museum and the glacier. Sondre was an excellent guide, providing interesting commentary and keeping the day fun and exciting. The mini bus/van was very comfortable and the boat tour of the fjord was magnificent! I can't wait to return!
