This is a mixed review left with a VERY heavy heart. The therapy I had was excellent. The administration was tremendously difficult to work with!There is no “help desk” that is open to the public. In order to get anything done, you need to work through your psychologist/therapist - which is a COMPLETE waste of their time. Billing issues should not be part of your therapy schedule!When you do get the administration’s attention, be prepared to be run around in circles. I was charged for appointments that we never made plus appointments that were already on my free card. The innkasso and the clinic have the same kid number - this is not a coincidence! The payments you make go into the same account.When I asked about this, I was ignored and then I was kicked out of the clinic - and so was my child. They will give you perfectly reasonable excuses why this happened but I was never actually transferred or referred elsewhere. I had to request my patient journal for my GP and was only given some of it.Please note: The medical staff here is AMAZING. The care both myself and my son received was very good. There is just something not quite right about the communication between the office, the clinicians and the patients.And no, they do not answer any emails you send to them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the psychologists & medical staff!Zero stars for the way the place is run.

Wanted to take a PRC test, but nobody answers the telephone number and email posted on their web site. Very unprofessional.
