Took a bike trip package from Flåm to Finse- Rallarvegen. It was poorly organised,had problem with finding luggage at Flåm and their trip duration estimate wasn’t precise so was in the rush to reach the final point. They gave too little information about entire trip and when tried to call,the person who answered even wasn’t working there any longer.

We booked an oslofjord cruise last friday for sunday and received a confirmation by mail and sms. However when we showed up at the point of departure on sunday there was no boat. At the number we had of the company there was just an automatic answering machine. There were some other people waiting with us.One was norwegian and reached somebody to be told that the cruise was canceled. We never got such information beforehand although they had all our contact details.Such behavior is highly unprofessional, insulting and ruthless. They did not even apologize for their neglicence.In their brochure they claim for their service as „some of the best Norway has to offer“.If that is the best Norway has to offer i really fear for the worst.
