Nice sanitary building with kitchen/bathrooms/showers in good condition. The campsite itself doesn't have any reception, nobody is on site, you simply Vipps 300 NOK to the owner and he provides you the Wifi code (which works great) and the code to the bathroom. Not the best view and the site is next to an old school building being used as a warehouse by random people, but Titran itself is within walking distance. Great place to stay while exploring the Island. Also recommend checking out Stabben fort" which is a huge German WW2 fort close by
