Clean Kokos

The dryer stops before the time it originally says. Last time it stopped 25 minutes before (so it only dries for 35 minutes instead of 1 hour). All my clothes are still moist so the dryer is absolutely pointless. This has happened to me twice now.

Det kunne være bedre hadde alle kundene vært mer intelligent.Å se at en vaskemaskin ruller og bruke den tørketrommel rett opp som er fri, samt med flere andre, bare for å tørke tøy som har blitt vasket hjemme, er ren idioti.Å få folk gå rundt og lete etter en tørketrømmel med en last av våte tøy er ikke den beste måte for å få fem stjerner.Dette har skjedd til flere, jeg er ikke den eneste og det skulle være mulig å reservere med en forhåndsbetaling den tørketrømmel som sitter oppa vaskemaskin selv.Men, dette kunne være enklere hadde ikke idiotter tenkt til bare seg selv.Naturligvis, filteret ble ikke renset fordi å gi blaffen er ny trend på Grünerløkka.Aldri mer i denne avdeling!

I don't recommend here. Because app doesn't work. I tried to register the app, but I couldn't get the OTP because there is no my country name, which is Thailand. The service is not friendly for tourists.*Update: Country name of Thailand exists in web app, but not iOS app. I tried to use web app, but I couldn't get the OTP.

Over-complicated experience. Was trying to do a quick wash and dry. Something that would take 1.5 hours and cost 5$ canadian (3$ usd)Instead I had to pre-pay 200 nok (26$ cad), even though was and dry cost only a 100 nok. Since i was a tourist, i wasn't going to use this again, which means the 100 nok is a waste.Next it wasn't obvious that there was an express option (20ish minutes) on the washer. You have to scroll sideways in the UI in the wools, delicates etc and there is an express option. I asked the other people and noone knew. I started the cycle and found the option much later. I had planned on doing the fast option but couldn't find it and now didn't have enough time for drying.The dryer didn't work well either. I picked a dryer, and started it but the app still showed it as available even when it was running. At some point, i wanted to check how dry the clothes were to stop. Once i opened the door, it wouldn't continue without paying again. The lady next to me did the same and was stuck.Overall, it wasn't intuitive at all, and over-complicated and extremely expensive. In Vancouver, for that amount you can have someone wash your clothes, and fold them up.

This is a decent laundromat. It's clean, easy-to-use, and accessible. The laundry smells fresh after washing and I believe the detergent that is in the machines is hypoallergenic which I really appreciate. Personally I feel it is a bit expensive per load but the price isn't outrageous. Overall, a decent space to do laundry!

We used the laundry drier. The machine suddenly said „clean the filter“ – and stopped the drying program! That’s really bad because we had to start another machine and pay the full price once more. AND we had to pay one additional hour for our car parking ticket. Contacted the support, let's see what will happen - and if we can at least get back the fee for the drying machine.

Easiest to use, cheapest DIY laundry in Oslo! You register for an app and put in some funds and are good to go. Laundry machines on bottom and dryers on top! No detergent or soap needed (it’s added automatically).

If you’re going to have an app where the only form of verification is SMS you need to be sure that API connection is 100% solid. It’s currently down and I walked 13 minutes to the laundry only to be unable to create an account. A simple solution would be to add email verification as well so if the SMS API fails clients can still register an account.

I've just download the app and you must top up min 200 NOK almost 18 euros when the laundry cost 55 NOK. It's a rip off.Why don't you top up min 55 NOK???
