These guys are crooks, liars, and incompetents. I hired them to pressure wash and paint my roof (from red to black). The first quote came back at almost areasonable price, but I noticed that included only 1 coat of paint. When I asked them about it, I was told that since they would be using a brush, 1 coat would be enough. I was skeptical of this claim but agreed to proceed.The next weekend, three people showed up to wash the roof. They came in a private car, without ladders, hoses, or other tools. They borrowed all those from me. The roof washing was actually the only part of the job which was done with an OK quality, with one exception. When cleaning the terrace afterwards, they set the pressure washer to the highest setting and took off half of the terrace stain, leaving the wood exposed. They did not have tools or bags the the cleanup either and had to use mine. Oh, and in the process, they did not keep the agreed appointments twice, coming up with ridiculous excuses. The company owner" covered for them lying to me every time they did not show up to the job.The painting began the following weekend. The "owner" and another person came to paint.
