Awful experience with this tour. They didn’t give us the phone of the tourguide and just leave without us evenwhen we were just arround

Amis camping caristes cette ville ne nous apprécié pas !! Un parking de 30 places sans toilettes, à côté du bruit du tram, dévore des 10 h le matin et pour moitié sans électricité malgré le prix.. Et interdictions de se garer partout en ville.. ( il y a un autre parking de 14 h à 22 h sur le port mais ou allons nous a 22h !???) je compte boycotter cette ville!

Amazing help from Visit Bergen. Was in Bergen a couple of weeks ago. Went to the tourist information every day.

My husband and booked a glacier hike through visit Bergen and feel completely mislead. I have tried to seek a refund and they ate trying to shove the issue off to their vendor and continue to ignore my emails.While we were not expecting an expedition, the glacier experience differed greatly from the website description which described two options allowing for varying abilities. The latter of which (blue ice option) was advertised as including “frozen valleys past conical towers of ice, in search of a fairy tale in blue” and “climb[ing] 20-meter high precipices of ice”. We were further mislead by the photos and videos of participants climbing out of crevasses, using ice axes and crampons, as well as viewing the actual blue ice.After explicitly asking our guide what group was going on the blue ice option, he said that the blue ice tour had left hours earlier. My husband and I were never asked during booking to specify which tour we wanted and your website claims that “normally we have more than two glacier guides every day, you can then choose to walk easy, or more challenging tour in the blue ice.”Our guide was very kind, but understandably prioritized the safety of all the guests. As our tour ended up including two children under nine and an elderly man, a significant portion of our experience was spent not hiking, but standing and waiting.If we had known the actual tour would not have the two options and differ so drastically from the description, pictures, and video, we would not have purchased a ticket. Or at the very least, we would not have paid 3240 NOK and used a full day of our limited holiday.We are seeking a refund abs are generally being ignored. Will update my review if the situation changes.I would not recommend booking services through Visit Bergen.
