Wangen Apartments

Scam. We booked an apartment via this company for one of their other properties, Winjum, far in advance via their website. Got a confirmation number emailed to us and the money taken but no dates or other details. After tracking down the host she has promised over and over to ensure we have accommodation, but stated it might not be at Winjum, maybe here at Wangen. She has given us the runaround and a million excuses stating she would call at a certain time then never doing so, another employee was taking care of it, she already emailed us (but we received nothing) and then that it was because she had a death in the family. I feel for anyone in that situation, but this company manages 6 properties, so I’m pretty sure there would be multiple ppl working there which makes me skeptical since it was one of many excuses which changed every time we managed to get a hold of her.We said we were ok with a cancellation and refund but she insisted she would take care of it. Now it’s the night before and they do not pick up the phone or respond to messages and there is very little available in the town. We also told her that members of our group are not all super mobile (pregnant woman, two seniors and a toddler) so we don’t look forward to walking around looking for accommodations tomorrow night.

Excellent excellent location. Warm hostess. Very helpful. Great place to stay. Enjoy the views from your room.

Amazing place, beautiful view, itself clear that the apartments are brand new with modern furniture. very clean, all things are available from kitchen tools, towls,sheets, dish washer and soap available and there’s reception available who could assist you if you need any help , free parking available , the only thing not available is the washer for clothes.
