Hi i would like to share with as about my experience with this clinic I’m after brain surgery.I had a brain hemorrhage, I stopped feeling my leg and from hospital they recommended me this clinic for rehabilitation because is closer to my house. My physiotherapist from a hospital already contact physiotherapist Torunn Braaten and she sent my medical reports her. She contacted me and I made an appointment with her. I came there and she would like to saw all my medical report’s I thought she has already but I took for all cases with me. At this clinic I had been 15 minutes from this time she read my medical report’s I did a couple exercises and that’s was all She told me I can’t help you with this problem. I’m not a doctor and I’m not a physiotherapist I don’t know if she had truth even though they recommended rehabilitation from the hospital. She absolutely doesn’t helped me and I paid 185nok for nothing I didn’t get any recommendations for training so nothing. She kept my medical reports and she promised me that’s she will send me back to my address. I was waiting two weeks and she doesn’t sent me nothing I tried to many times called her she always hung up the phone because I tried to spoke with her an English. I had to came there in person for it. I lost just money and time here.I found another clinic at Oslo I'm glad they care about me at this clinic and train with me. I don't think this behavior of ignorance from this physiotherapist was fair to me.
