J'ai adoré cet hôtel lors de mon voyage d'une semaine à Oslo. L'hôtel ne pourrait pas être mieux situé dans la ville, et est totalement neuf. Je recommande absolumentLes plus :- Chambre très propre, luxueuse, neuve et moderne- Équipements de qualités, toujours neufs et propres tels quel le frigo, micro ondes, plaque à induction- L'équipe Numa est très réactive sur messenger et ma répondu en moins de 10 minutes- Le check-in et Check-out sont super simples à faire, en ligneLes moins :- L'eau de la douche à l'italienne coule légèrement sur le sol de la salle de bain- Le tram qui passe sous la fenêtre est audible depuis la chambre, ce qui pourrait déranger les sommeils les plus légers (le tram ne circule pas de nuit)

I really love the efficient and easy check-in and check-out! Location was great with a quick walk from the central station. Very stylish rooms and comfy beds, the free coffee/tea was also a big plus :)

Unfortunately, service at this hotel is not as expected. Unprecedented rains and flooding in western Norway prevented us from arriving on our check in date. The hotel wouldn't give us a refund under any exception (due to their policy) even though our transport was cancelled. A very souless policy, quite greedy in fact.

I tried to get help from a team member called Christopher. He was not just not helpful (did not solve my problem) he was also very rude to me and would deliberately provoke to escalate the situation. I hope he is new in his job and will get training on customer service. I will report this incident to my company’s travel agent.
