Anker Apartment

Not super close to the city centre but easy to reach by foot in around 20 mins. I was positively surprised by the cleaning of the room and toilets. At the time I stayed, there were not many people around - that was great because all toilets where clean and empty at any time, the dormitory was more than half empty and the kitchen was not crowded at all. This latter is big and full of kitchen appliances.For the price, I can recommend.

I slept there for 4 days from May 11 to 15 for 120 € in total, it's very good and not expensive.If they could make more lockers available that would be great and also lock the luggage storage.Otherwise apart from that there is nothing to say it's great.

We had a great stay here, very nice staff, clean rooms, close to city center and lots of parks, and the museum of natural history. Really great roof deck with great views of the city.

Best thing about this hostel is the wide, clean kitchen, good shower and toilet area, and some how comfortable beds. Dorms have at least 25 beds but not always fully occupied.

This is a student’s apartment, reasonable price but you get what you pay for. Room was a bit stuffy during summer but no problem if you turn on the aircon. There is a supermarket below and if you need to cook you can borrow cooking utensils from the lobby for free. Do note that condiments like oil, salt and pepper are not provided.

Dette er et rom av enkleste sort. Det har Ikea-seng, platetopp og et kjøleskap. Alt er rent og fint, men det føles mer som et sykehus. Du får akkurat det du betaler for og sånn sett var vi fornøyde - vi fikk ei grei natt. Pass på at du ikke får rom inn mot butikken, for det er mange biler som tuter og personer som lager mye lyd. Servicen ved ankomst var bra.

For a Budget hostel stay, it was worth what I paid. Overall, I had a fair experience, not bad. I have some comments though about different aspects of their facilities.The rooms are standard bunk style. There is no privacy curtains in these rooms, so be mindful of this. Additionally, for my room at least, only the bottom bunk had access to a wall plug for charging, so I recommend requesting the bottom bunk. Additionally, my room only had 20 beds even though it was advertised as 30 beds. Maybe they have one room with 30, I’m not sure, but that’s a plus a suppose! Everything else about the room seems fine.The kitchen is nice, lots of space to make food. Honestly one of the more convenient places for making food in my experience and the eating area is very spacious and clean.The bathrooms are quite convenient, you get your own personal shower room with a closing dorm. The shower operates on a sensor, so you have to keep activating it. Also, I was not able to change the temperature in my shower, as the nozzle seemed to be broken. It was rather warm, but maybe check the shower you pick before using it. Also, towels are provided here, but soap is not.The location is a bit far from the city center and walking there is a bit of a pain because it’s downhill into the city and uphill back. I would recommend grabbing a Ruter pass while you’re visiting so you can hop on the bus. Anker apartment is right next to the Buss 30 stop, which takes you directly into the city quickly to visit the royal palace and stuff like that. Also, it’s right next to the Københavengata FB airport bus stop, which is really convenient for getting to the airport.Reception and staff were super nice and helpful! I had no issues there at all. Maybe the place could be brightened up with some more colors and such, it seems a bit dreary.

Flotte, store værelser. Tipp topp renhold. Fantastisk serviceinnstilte ansatte som var hjelpsomme med alt fra vifte til rommet, til informasjon om diverse kollektivtransport. Ligger flott til på Grunerløkka, nært både trikk og buss. Blir absolutt ikke det siste oppholdet her!

A 20/24 person room is unreasonable without real air con (not plug in fans) the upper bunks had no edge on one side which felt very unsafe it was boiling and though the kitchen is good it was also very warm even at 8am. Providing towels was nice and the bathroom facilities were good but a safe/sound sleep is top priority
