Staff and service excellentFood excellentBeautiful locationRooms a little tired, bathroom would benefit from updating and making a wet room.But, would definitely stay again even if it isn't updated.Loved it!

Alt rundt hotellet er flott, men rommene er elendig. Prøvde og bytte rom flere ganger, resepsjonen var lite behjelpelig, løy og sa det var fullt. Maten er dårlig, kokken sa man burde styre unna enkelte typer kjøtt. Sover heller i bilen

Great location, Great staff ,rooms need to refurbished. I would like to thank Saga at reception during our visit to hotel. She is professional and friendly person with kind nature. I would definitely suggest to visit Hotel Geiranger. Thank you

For this price… I not recommend!!! View is nowhere! On Sunday near the Hotel is bar, where until 2am Monday music is so loud, that there is not possible to sleep! Price is crazy! I just want to sleep, but it’s not possible! Never, never never!

We stayed on the third floor of the front building, closest to the fjord. The rooms are very old and in a big need of renovation. At least it was well cleaned. During our stay there were mostly trainee staff. A little lack of service but understanding that they are not used to the work yet. Of course the location is magical with good restaurants close by. Fairly large breakfast buffet with decent quality.

its the best hotel in geiranger and the rooms are also excellent and clean.Although, its very expensive, but its worth it because, from the balcony, you get the direct view of the geirangerfjord !!i would highly recommend you to stay in this hotel..

Experience a 40 euro hostel at 280 euro per night. Cheap or derelict furniture, terminal doors and hallways and horrible bathrooms.On the bright side is the view and water pressure.Avoid!

Terrible!Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Geiranger. Double room without view. Room located on same level/overlooking busy road and footpath - unable to open windows or curtains for light or ventilation due to noise and lack of privacy. No air conditioning. Shower cubicle so small it was unsafe. Dated decor. The mattresses were rock hard and the two pillows provided were flat. Gave the hotel 2 stars for location only. I would not recommend this hotel - plenty of other accommodation options available - do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere!

Beautiful place to stay, large cruise ships do come in to the fjord, pleased I didn't have a water view.
