They lower the interest rate for everyone, but the increase is only for new clients.Such low level… what people are actually managing this bank, a bunch of scammers?Best to avoid and go with a more serious bank.

Ordered my card beginning of April , it has been 4 months, still haven’t gotten my card. Despite customer service promising the card has been on its way every week. I do not have this issue with other banks.

My tip, stay away. If you're MasterCard does not work they would not let you have a new one. I waited a year for a new one, I wrote, i called only to be asked why the card did not work. I am not a technician and was not willing to write a report for free to morrow bank, nor making a movie record of the embarrassing failed purchases in stores and waist everyone's time to the benefit of Morrow bank. This company does not provide any customer service, I would not have felt safe traveling with their insurance" . I closed my account with them today."
