Leverte bilen her til EU kontroll. Verkstedet byttet ting på bilen uten å avtale med meg først. Fikk en feil på at det var feil dekkdimensjon. Skiftet dekk og kjørte ut en uke etterpå. Da kunne de ikke komme ut å sjekke at dekka var byttet og ville at bilen skulle stå igjen til dagen etterpå. Dette hadde tatt 4 minutt å sjekke. Lite service vennlig

AVOID this garage if you want a high quality job on your car!My car went to repair, and an EU kontroll retest. The car came back to me worse than I had given to them.The car went in for a simple handbrake replacement which turned into damage to the car, stress and disappointment. I booked my car in advance at Forus Bilverksted AS, and was asked to bring that car in at 07:15, and it will be ready later that same day.After delivering the car on time, I didn't hear anything from them all day, so I contacted them later that afternoon for an update. The car hadn't even been looked at, and then I was later told that they had ordered the wrong parts. Very poor communication.The company promised me that the car would be ready for collection at 11:00 the following day, but I heard nothing. Again very poor service.Eventually at 14:30 I was told that the car had been repaired and the EU Kontroll had been passed.Great, so I collected the car and drove it for 5 kilometres, and I heard a loud grinding and banging sound coming from underneath the car. Upon my inspection and to my surprise, they had not bolted the fuel tank, and it was resting on the driveshaft. The fuel tank was literally hanging down, and sparks were formed from the metal grinding. A very dangerous mistake made by Forus Bilverksted. I also noticed that they had damaged my interior center console, and left grease stains on my interior.My car was literally given back to me in a much worse condition then I had given to them. I am extremely disappointed that the workshop forgot such an important task, and for putting my family and other road users at high risk.They even passed the EU inspection, even though the car was not road worthy. This shows the low level of competence, and the lack of care from the technicians.I am waiting for the company to replace my damaged interior, and will update this review accordingly.In the meantime I will not be recommending this company. I will also attach pictures of the damaged caused by Forus Bilverksted.

We (tourists) came here due to a warning sign on the dashboard. We were helped right away. Although they couldn't find the problem they were able to make sure we could continue our journey safely. Very friendly staff, our daughter even got an ice cream while waiting.

Nå har dere forbedret dere mye. God på pris i forhold til merke verksted. Anbefaler å ringe istedet for å bruke web skjema. Pris overslag stemte også med forventninger.

Flott verksted med trivelige og dyktige fagfolk. God service anbefales.
