Hertz Stavanger Lufthavn

All started well with an efficient self-service check-out and a super generous upgrade to an amazingly quick and comfortable Volvo S60 T8.For returning the car, as there is no staff at the car park and you'll have to drop off the key at the terminal building, so the car isn't checked while you're present. The next day I promptly received an email claiming that there was some new damage - a damage that was even on Hertz's very own preexisting damages list - including pictures. 3 emails and 48hrs later, Hertz withdrew their claim. Still four stars because the car upgrade was super generous and very apprechiated and because they admitted their fault reasonably quickly.

Car pick up with the self service was faultless. Drop off at Stvanger airport confusing! Signs are scarce. You need to go to 2nd floor long stay and drop your keys once inside the airport. Allow extra time. It’s far from straightforward

Jestem zadowolony z wynajmu, bezproblemowa obsługa. Szybkość w załatwieniu formalności, zdjęcia weryfikacyjne można było zrobić przez telefon (specjalny formularz) co pozwoliło na szybsze oddanie kaucji i rozliczenie auta.Auto dostaliśmy czyste - była to toyota corolla - hybrydowa. W trybie ekonomicznym pali 5-6l paliwa na 100km. Bardzo przyjemny samochód i wypożyczalnia. Polecam (jak na razie)Po około tygodniu zeszła blokada środków 3000nok.Jak na razie bardzo polecam :-)Aktualizacja:Rozliczenie przeszło bez przeszkód - POLECAM!

I wish I had never rented a car with Hertz Norway. Worst experience ever.I left my credit card as a deposit and they were unable to pay parking and toll roads with the deposit. As a resoult, several days after I have to make internationals transactions with a fee that is higher than the cost of the toll road itself. No credit card or paypal payments were accepted.Furthermore, they make us pay a complete extra day for a 49 minutes delay. First rental car company which does not have a 1 hour grace period.

Friendly staff and great service, their office is located in the arrivals hall which was very convenient! Will definitely rent from them again

Customer service unresponsive after I queried additional charges. Having paid the full fee upfront, I was then charged again for the same service. Total cost was more than double what I originally paid. Looking online this company has a terrible reputation and I won't be using them again.
