Radisson RED Oslo Airport

The hotel is located conveniently close to the airport terminal, with just a short 4 minutes walk. The route to the hotel is through a nicely made promenade with lighting and shielded from potential rain. When I arrived late evening there was four receptionists that was efficiently taking very good care of everyone arriving. The receptionist I encountered was polite, serviceminded and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and new. Everything looks great. Rooms are clean, modern, somewhat fancy and equipped with lots of electric sockets, coffee machine, minibar, easily accessible safe, great comfortable bed, a nice bathroom where the extra toilet paper roll are covered in plastic. The only thing I can think of that could improve is that I never got the early wakeup reminder that I ordered for making sure that I was making my early morning flight and that the bathroom door could need a quick wipe to remove the markings/stains. Highly recommend!

Wanted to like this hotel and stay ... but between the gnat infestation in the room and the fact that they added in a mini-bar charge when we never used it (and have not responded to our requests to credit back after 4 weeks), its hard to say anything positive other than it's close to the airport. Restaurant and bar staff were nice, food is a bit on the pricey end due to the location but good. Only a few gnats in the restaurant but we killed dozens in the room. Reported to staff and they said we're sorry" but did or offered nothing. Even let them know they were coming from their vent systems ... but had the feeling that nothing was going to be done about it. Good location as a "have to stay there" spot ... but wouldn't recommend the place based on the overall service from the hotel itself and the false charges to our card."

Easy walk from the airport via the covered walkway. Breakfast had plenty of options and allergy information was easy to see. They even had a gluten free area. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Despite its closeness to the terminal building it was very quiet. The only downside was the queues at check-in

Good! Reception staff greeted me with a friendly smile and let me in my room hour and a half before 3 pm. Complimentary bottle of water, apples, and modern lobby made a great first impression on me. The room I got was with a King size bed, with somewhat soft mattress, but nothing terrible. I just like sleeping on wooden planks, haha. The room is small, but with everything you may need during your stay, including a safe, a small fridge, a kettle with a variety of tea/coffee, clean bathroom with a shower, and even a steam iron. Overall, you get nice amenities for the price, considering its location.

Perfect location. Easy walk from the airport in a covered walk way. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is a huge spread. Perfect spot to rest your head while traveling.

Rooms and facilities are top notch. The breakfast buffet is great, but be sure you pre-pay the day before or at check-in to get the best price (we found out the hard way, no notice from the desk at check-in).Dinner was a complete free for all, as one bartender and just a few wait staff were completely overwhelmed when it seemed 1/2 the people on our plane showed up there at 9PM.Walk from the airport is flat but a bit of a distance.

Ett flott hotell som ligger i gangavstand fra flyplassen. Superior rommene er av god størrelse og svært god kvalitet. Hotellet har en rekke fasiliteter og en trivelig restaurant. Anbefales.

Why the 5* rating? The hotel delivers exactly what it promises. It is located a 7-8 minute covered walk from the terminal building. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently by the smiling, friendly staff at the reception. The whole property looks well maintained. The room funcional with a desk, a King bed (the mattress a little too soft for me) and a nice bathroom. I did not try the restaurant as I arrived late and checked out early.Excellent value within a short walk from the terminal.

An expensive but an unfortunate necessity if you have a very early flight. The rooms where fine, not great. Broken shower head in one room, food leftovers from previous occupant in another. Staff was very welcoming, checkin and checkout quick. Ate at the airport which is a 10 minutes walk.
