Please avoid this company. They are scammers. I asked them to connect my water pump for a new brønn with a thermostat for the heat cable to prevent frost. That is a one-man job of maximum an hour, but so many mistakes were made in this process that it became VERY expensive.- The first mistake was that they forgot to connect the thermostat, so they had to come back.- Secondly, the electrician didn't know how to connect the thermostat, and was on my driveway on the phone to his boss for an hour to ask how to do it. (I didn't realize I was going to be charged for this - but yes, they must have included this in the hours on the faktura).- Then finally, the electrician cut the cables too short, which made the fuse trip every time the brønn got too empty, which made it pull on the cables. Because no one knew what the problem was, and the electrician and the brønnboring company were blaming each other, it took a long while to fix the problem. But the brønn company fixed it eventually, and I watched him do it: he extended the cable and the problem was fixed- Before it was fixed, the manager came to have a look and he must have seen what the problem was, but still tried to blame the person who dug the brønn. He said the pump needs security wires and that was why I had a problem.- I contacted 6(!!) different companies to ask about the security wires, but they ALL said these were not necessary to install. Also, I still don't have security wires, and yet the problem was fixed when the cables were extended. The guy who did the Brønn has years and years of experience, and he knew how to fix it straight away, so I am certain that the problem was caused by the electrician.- The company charged me for 6 hours of pay for the electrician, plus 4 hours of an apprentice that I didn't ask for (and that was not necessary for the job).- I sent an email back to Rauma Elektro to ask for a discount considering the circumstances (I already paid it because at the time I wasn't sure whose fault it was -- Big mistake!) and NEVER heard back from them.- I went to their office, and the manager got angry with me and yelled at me (very unprofessional!), saying once again that it wasn't his fault, and that he would look at the faktura and get back to me with an explanation of the costs.- The manager NEVER got back to me with an explanation as he promised.- Three weeks later, I sent him a reminder of what he had promised and asked again for a discount, and again never got a reply from him.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! And if you have a similar experience with them, please do post a review and/or take legal action, because that is the only way we can stop these criminals.
