No ALQUILAR AQUI!!! Avisados estais, roban alegando que su oficina esta cerrada y te cargan un cargo de 50€, luego no te envian los peajes, solo te los cargan sin justificante, y para remate se inventan daños (menos de 1 cm) en la llanta pasados 3-4 días después de haber controlado que el coche estaba bien delante mio (y firmado el papel de que estaba todo OK).JITO QUE OS HE AVISADO, hay mil compañías mejores que por un poco mas, duermes tranquilo. ESTAFADORES!!!

Fuimos desde España para disfrutar de ese grande país, Noruega. Nuestra gran sorpresa fue la estafa que sufrimos por parte de la empresa de alquiler de coches de Europcar. Alquilamos el vehiculo en el aeropuerto de Bergen, en el cual nos dan un un papel donde estan marcado los daños del vehículo. Cuando recogimos el vehículo a medio oscuras en el parking solo pudimos constatar los daños grandes del vehículo.A la entrega en la ciudad de Bergen la chica que lo recepciono hizo una inspección minuciosa casi con lupa y nos marca un arañazo tan fino como una uña.Estoy segurisimo que eso ya estaba pq no le hicimos ningun roce, y nos cobran 400€.Nos sentimos realmente estafados.

Fraudsters, scammers. Do not rent from these guys!It was the worst rental experience of my life. Firstly, the car was dirty, so it was impossible to see if there were any scratches. On the day of returning the vehicle, everything was fine.Three hours later, I received an email informing me that two rims had been scratched and I would be charged 2000 NOK for the repairs. When returning the car, the rims were in good condition. The same car model was parked next to ours. I am convinced they took pictures of the other car’s rims to charge us for the repairs. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any pictures of our vehicle’s rims to prove they weren’t damaged. I felt ripped off !Absolutely take photos of any damage when you collect and after returning the car !They have no staff to check the cars when you pick them up and when you return them. You just receive the key, search for the car yourself, and then return the key at the reception. After a few days, you receive an email accusing you of something you didn’t do, and after a few months, you receive the bill.Shameless fraudsters.

Had a good experience. They didn’t have the car we booked but the substitute was fine and automatic. Very friendly staff, helped our questions about driving in Norway for the first time. No issues with damage but did find some marks not mentioned on the report, so make sure you record plenty evidence before and after.Only issue we had was the timings, we got in 45 mins earlier than planned, and didn’t notice or were told that we were charged a full extra day (with full day insurance and toll admin fee too) for that time. We returned it early by chance and ended up only 5 mins into the extra day after the grace period and got charged still, but we got it refunded thankfully.Do keep in mind though the hire times are when you sign the paperwork, and it took us 15 mins to find the car after, and again for parking/walking to the desk.

La primera persona que me atendió fué muy seca y fria, aunque por suerte la segunda persona que me atendió fué encantadora y maravillosa. Pedí vehículo manual y me dieron automático, me enseñaron a manejarlo y fué mucho mejor de lo esperado que con uno manual. Me dieron un coche muchísimo mejor de lo esperado.

I prepaid to rent a car here and experienced a travel delay. Because of the delay I arrived to find they had not held the car for me and there were none available left to hire. So I am out of money and their suggestion was to rent elsewhere.Granted I was 3 hours late, but to let my booking go after only 3 hours?Pretty disgraceful.

Flott service fra damen i skranken hyggelig og grei smilende og blid . Hentet bilen så jeg slapp å gå tilbake til parkeringshuset . Kan anbefales.

I had a great experience (maybe some of the negative reviews are from the competitors since they are all located next to each other at the airport).Picking up was easy and we got a bigger car than we ordered. Returning was also very easy (in Ålesund) and we got not charged with any existing damages or a non-full tank.
