Bardzo miła obsługa, wypożyczenie i zwrot auta trwało max 2 minuty o było bez żadnych problemów. Otrzymane auto było w bardzo dobrym stanie. Parking jest duży i znajduje się w wygodnym położeniu, zaraz przy lotnisku. Polecam to miejsce do wypożyczania auta :)

I rented a car from this company and at the end of the trip I realized that they are not a company they are a criminal organization. Not only they wont give you back the deposit of 300 euros but also will make up some problmes and will try to claim you for that. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE PLAGUE, they are absolute artists trying to steal money from honest people.

Phone numbers of europcar are not working. Unacceptable

Booked through a third party. Everything went smooth when collecting and returning the car.Now, the problem is that stuff such as tolls will be taken days later after you return your car.The concerning part is that they take money and won't tell why. I've spent a lot of them chasing them to provide an invoice every time they do this. Sometimes they will give it to you, sometimes you have to chase more because apparently they don't have the invoice until is fully processed (but they are able to take the amount they need?).They keep saying that I will receive emails with invoices but I don't. They even said that they corrected my email but keep taking money without sending invoices. And when I ask why I am not receiving the emails, they will never respond to that question but will answer to other things.The result is that after I paid by transfer an invoice they also charged me using my card. Technically they will refund it but since is not a big amount I don't care anymore.Is a hassle to contact them back and forth everytime I have a charge. They take the liberty of charging you money without telling you what is for. Customer service avoids answering certain questions.I rented with Europcar before but this experience is particularly bad. And apparently I am lucky because if you check online reviews, is full of horror stories.I would think it twice before giving my credit card details to them.

Po nieudanej rezerwacji w AVIS zaproponowano mi szybko i sprawnie Samochód w EUROPCAR, który był komfortowy i sprawnie się nim podróżowało, ale niestety nie zadbali o czystość. . Przednia szyba od wewnątrz była pokryta mgiełką która przesłaniała widoczność, jak później się okazało nikt jej nie mył przez bardzo długi czas. Ogólnie samochód wyglądał tak jakby ktoś go dopiero co oddał i bez sprzątania została przekazany dalej. Lubię czysty samochód, szczególnie jeżeli za niego płacę. Ten nie był czysty. Obsługa bardzo miła i wszystko wytłumaczyli więc mogę polecić.

Ikke betjent når man skulle levere. Oppgitt tlf nr er ikke i bruk. Oppgitt nr når man Google, er feil...

Be very, very careful and check the car and all of your documents. I rented a vehicle from here, and when I got home realised I'd been charged an additional day, additional mileage (as no conversion from km to miles was done) and extra for tolls that I didn't want. I had to then prove that I returned the car (I was on a flight two hours later!). Absolute con artists.

I can not say enough positive things about staff at this rental car office! Two incredibly service minded women. Strongly recommended. After I had booked my car here through the online page and sorted myself an account in the system for quicker pickup, my stomach hit the floor in dread as i was reading the reviews. I mean, we have all heard the stories about shady rental car companies!Luckily as many of you will see, most reviews of this office are old. And some of the newer reviews are talking about a feared admin fee of 70 euros. Fear not, I have read the contract in its entirety and can calm everyone's nerves. This admin fee is only added if any of the unlucky rental customers incurs a fine in the Norwegian traffic system and Europcar has to deal with and pay the fine for the person who at the time drove the car.The angry gentleman who seems to be the most furious about this admin fee in this very review section, might be one of the many unlucky that suffer the consequences of a Norwegian parking officer at work. We all have been there Sir. This rental company however can not do much with what the law asks from them and simply has this fee in the contract, to cover their costs in dealing with the Norwegian system.And trust me, it is much cheaper to pay this fee, than to have the Norwegian bureaucracy sell your traffic debt to some bailiff in your hometown only for them to turn up at your door and take your telly in the middle of a great football match! Yes they really do track you down.Anyway, when it regards the staff and the experience itself everything was wonderful and no hassle at all. They were one of the most welcoming and service minded staff in the travel business I have ever come across, they really had done their homework. I mean this, and I am Norwegian. Also cars are safe and well equipped. A strong 5/5 from a customer that will definitely return.
