Myrkdalen camping

We had a pleasent stay at Myrkdalen Camping during the storm Hans". Super clean and warm showers. Cute kitchen and friendly people! Above there is a pretty river with a small waterfall directly next to the campsite. Perfect! When it's good weather

It's definitely one of the best camping spots we've experienced in Norway. We decided to slow down for a few days, and this area is just gorgeous and a perfect spot for exploring. There are lots of hiking trails and beautiful drives close by. It was quiet, well maintained, and budget friendly. They provided everything we needed to cook, shower, and do laundry. First rate!

Kjembra beliggenhet til skitrekk og turløyper. God plass og rolig stemning om du kommer med campingvogn eller leier hytte. Har prøvd ut begge hyttetypene som er tilgjengelig og er mektig imponert over hvor moderne og komfortabelt det er. Fasilitetene er akkurat slik man vil ha det og man føler ikke man mangler noe.

We had a medium cabin there for a few nights. The cabin was great and well equipped for reasonable 500 NOK a night. It was free on short notice, which was a real treat for us. The showers cost extra but reasonably priced - coins can be bought at reception if no NOK coins are at hand. The common kitchen was kind of small but that should only be an issue if you are staying during bad weather with no other place to chill. The site itself is a bit on the other end of Myrkdalen but there is a great many places to be reached within a 60 minutes drive, including Voss, Nærøyfjord, Aurlandfjord, and Sognefjord (Vangsnes). So it's a great starting point for all sorts of hikes and other outdoor activities.

Sov en natt i telt her. Veldig fin beliggenhet, koselig personale og gode priser.Gode og rene lokaler til å lage mat og dusje.Kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning!

Ledig hytte når vi ankom. Hyggelig betjening.Kom på motorsykkel, og hadde lite bagasje. Traff en hyggelig fastboende gjest som vartet opp med nytraktet kaffe på morgenkvisten i en herlig soloppgang! For en start på dagen! :)

best camping site on our journey through norway so far. everything is clean and modern, really good price for what you get here. we made barbecue on the Weber grill from the camping site at their fire place. 100% we come back on our next norway Trip.
