More details below, if you as a guest find it useful.Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking I made at Trones Eye, but it was done weeks ahead of the cancellation due though. Once cancelation was confirmed by the owner, the money was supposed to be refunded, but more than two weeks passed with no refund. After I contacted her about it not being refunded, she stopped replying (missed calls several times a day) for another two weeks. At last I got in contact with her associate and her husband. Then more than a month later the refund was finally done, after all the hassle it was. I would not recommend this place, as it shows a terrible customer service and absolutely no trustworthiness.
