On vous donne la clé, personne ne vérifie l'état de la voiture avec vous, ils ont soit disant noté les défauts avant votre arrivée. Quand vous rendez la clé, toujours personne pour faire le tour du véhicule avec vous, vous prenez votre avion puis vous observez qu'ils vous ont pris 300 euros sans rien vous dire pour dégâts sur véhicule. Après demande de plus d'informations, ils vous montrent quelque-chose qui était déjà abîmé quand vous avez pris la voiture. Si vous n'avez pas eu la chance comme moi d'avoir pris beaucoup de photos à ce moment-là, vous avez perdu 300 euros ou plus ! Scandaleux.

Would give a 0 if I could. Charged me $54 for parking on the wrong floor even though they wouldn’t answer the phone to tell me where to park and there was no one at the desk to help. No instructions were left on where to park the car when done, terrible branch.

Would give a zero as well if possible. They try to scam you into paying for the most ridiculous “damages” such as scratches to the inside of the car in the back seat. They charged us over $1000 USD at first and then dropped the first damages and still are charging us over $800 USD for tire rim damages that we never caused. Such a fleecing and outright scam. Zero documentation of an actual estimate from an auto body shop. Probably will not even fix car because those damages have clearly been there for a while. I will never rent from any Enterprise again in any part of the world. This soured me forever. I hate scam artists who are taking advantage of people.

UPDATE: 2 months later after I thought this whole ordeal was behind us, I've just received an *additional* credit card charge of nearly £800 GBP, as Enterprise has forwarded on to me the invoice for calling out the roadside assistance! No message attached to it or anything, they've just gone ahead and charged me for something which I was never at any point told I would have to pay for. So now this week of car rental has cost me about £3,000. Ludicrous... When will this nightmare end?Original review:Unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review, as while the experience of picking up the car and driving it was fine, their true colours show when you actually have an incident.We were unlucky enough to have had a car accident which left the car undriveable, so we phoned the roadside assistance number on our rental agreement. Upon hearing that we weren't in the city anymore, the Bergen staff told us they wouldn't be able to get a replacement car out to us, and instead said they had arranged for us to collect a new one from a fuel station 45 minutes away. When the breakdown recovery arrived, they provided us with a really old manual car and gave us instructions to drive it to the fuel station to swap it with a newer vehicle.When we got to the fuel station, it turns out that they'd actually arranged for us to take out a new rental contract with Hertz instead. We phoned the Bergen Enterprise staff who told us that our existing rental contract with them would be terminated and we would only be charged for the 3 days we had the car instead of 7, and that they would also pay the Hertz invoice for us, as compensation for them not being able to get us their own replacement vehicle.When we finally dropped off the car, we went back to the Enterprise desk (at Ålesund airport as we were doing a one-way rental), and they confirmed once again that the Hertz rental would all be paid for us. A few days later, when we received the Hertz invoice, we phoned the Bergen Enterprise staff to ask what we should do, and they told us to email them the Hertz invoice and they would take care of it.Fast-forward 2 weeks, and they never replied to my email, and my credit card was charged for the full 7 days of Enterprise rental as well as the full 4 days of Hertz rental. When I phoned the Bergen Enterprise staff to query this, they denied all previous conversations, claimed that they never promised to pay anything, and said we would have to pay the Hertz invoice ourselves.On top of this, even though they terminated our Enterprise rental early, they also went back on their word and said they are unable to refund us for the additional days because we pre-paid online.So we've ended up paying over £2,000 for 1 week of car rental. A full week with Enterprise, plus 4 days with Hertz, plus 2 one-way drop off fees. We purchased the super collision damage waiver, which meant we also had to pay 3000 NOK for the damage (it would have been much higher without the waiver).The whole experience has left me extremely frustrated, as I don't understand how so many staff can make promises that we would have our Hertz rental covered (considering we never even really knew we were getting a Hertz rental, this was all arranged by Enterprise and we had no other choice), but then to completely go back on their word and essentially tell blatant lies over the phone and claim that none of this was ever agreed.As I said at the beginning of this review, I'm sure if you simply rent a car, drive it, and return it, and don't need any further assistance, then they're absolutely fine to rent from. But knowing how poor their communication is when you actually need help, and how much extra they charge you and the false promises of refunds which are never followed-through, means they have completely lost my trust and I would never rent from them or their partner companies (Alamo / National) again.
