Dette firmaet forholder seg ikke til konsumentens rettigheter hva gjelder reklamasjon. De tok ikke en gang inn produktet for å se på det, svært useriøst. På Anton Sport på Røa hvor produktet var kjøpt var man enige med meg og tok tilbake produktet. Amundsen har mistet en kunde.

I really like the products from Amundsen Sports and the quality is there to see.I have bought many items from Amundsen including pants, shirts, sweaters, hats and boiled hoodies.I have had no problems with ordering or delivery from Amundsen.The only issue I have had is that the clothes shrink.Despite following the care instructions very closely - these are expensive products and I wouldn’t take any chances - my Vagabond, Safari and 2 Skauen field shirts have all shrunk to the point of being unwearable.I bought my wife a boiled hoodie and sadly this also shrunk.One or two washes was all it took.This is disappointing and dents my confidence in a product I would otherwise be happy to buy again and again.Great product …just very hard to wash without problems.

Completely incompetent retailer!Saw some interesting looking outdoor gear over Christmas in Scandinavia. Decided to order a couple hundred dollars worth upon return to the USA in January. Checked out of the webshop on Jan. 4. Get an order fulfilled email on Jan. 9. Wait. Wait. Wait. Email on Feb 21, asking if they have a tracking number since I haven't received a parcel yet. Office manager emails back apologetic, saying they marked it shipped but forgot to ship it. She refunds my shipping charge and promises the parcel will go out that day. Wait. Wait. Wait. Feb. 27 I get a one line email asking for an alternate shipping address. I reply back with my residential address instead of the work address I used initially. An hour later an order cancellation email pops up with no explanation. Three emails later, come to find out their shipping folks can't figure out how to input addresses from their web orders.Skip this disorganized company and spend your money somewhere that has figured out how to exchange goods for money.
