Okay service, we had good car, no problems with taking it from and back to the parking lot. Be careful though to take pictures before and after renting your car as you may be charged for damages that were not caused by you (it did not happen to us but if we hadn't taken them we would have been forced to pay for scratches we hadn't made)!!!

Be careful. We rented a car for 8 days . We missed our flight and came 5 hours later. No body answered all those hours (as they say They were too busy).When we arrive they were close and left a wrong phone number. The day after we were told by booking that our rental was canceled and no refund.Our trip was almost ruined , our money was lost and no solutionIfrom booking or from budget.

My experience with Budget was good, despite a problem with Edreams. I booked a 7-seater car through Edreams for my trip to Bergen. When I arrived at the airport, I found out that they (Edreams) had only reserved a 5-seater car for me. This was impossible to accept for us as we were 6 people.I tried to contact Edreams to solve the issue, but their customer service was terrible. Their Spanish office was closed, and their website and app had many contact options none of which lead to any human at the other end. I finally managed to reach them through a hidden link in an email in the reservation, but they were not willing to pay Budget for the difference in price, though truth be told they did reassure us we would get the car.Fortunately, the staff at the Budget counter were helpful and professional. They understood that it was not my fault, and they offered me a 7-seater car that was available at that moment. The fact we were not offered this in the beginning shows to me this was not particularly easy for them. They also dealt with Edreams directly and made sure that I did not have to pay any extra fees.I would definitely recommend Budget to anyone who needs a rental car in Norway. They have been in our experience reliable and customer-oriented.
