1 star way to many!!!! Was lucky to have my flight second day after the test. First they missed to send the result. Then after 30 calls, they answered and the name on the certificate. Please avoid this cowboys.

Results for coronavirus were fast, also customer service replied very quickly. I asked for just a coronavirus test they thought I needed also a fit to flight certificate and they add this service and they sent me the certificate. When I said that I did not ask for a fit to flight certificate, they initially refused to change the invoice that they sent to my email using various motivations but eventually they changed the invoice.

The people in this company are scammers. I was going to travel with my wife and daughter, so take a test at this unacceptable clinic. The result is that my wife's test never came to me and I lost the flight. Without helping me or informing me, so that I can at least change the flight. The clinic only told me that it does not guarantee the tests. If you want to save your money do not test this clinic, people are scammers. They do not guarantee anything and do not return money or help, all they care about is raising money.

Lady that conducted our tests was nice and professional while we were in the clinic. Beyond that, we had a horrible experience with Medpoint. Completely unprofessional business that does not pick up or return phone calls, reply to emails, and misspells names without any professional regard.
