Alamo Rent A Car

Kom til Malaga for å leie bil hos Alamo. Hadde forhåndbetalt bil. De hadde ikke bilen vi skulle ha, men tilbydde tilsvarende som var mye mindre. De var ivrige på å tilby oppgradering, og hadde en bil vi var enig om. Bilen blei mye dyrere da forsikring kom på toppen med en ekstrem sum. De presset meg etter å ha pakket inn i bilen. Disse folkene bruker alle teknikker for å lure deg. Hadde betalt 5000,-, så kom 15000,- ekstra på toppen av det hele!!Svindlere fra A til Å…værste leiebilselskap vi har brukt. 20.000,- for en leiebil??

Alamo is listed with limited opening hours, but they're open 09:00-23:30 Sundays via the Enterprise desk. I've been happy with Alamo in the USA and no big issue in Oslo. BUT, the toll pass doesn't do the 1 hour pay once for Oslo, meaning you get hit with multiple toll charges within the same hour - unlike if you have your own private toll device. I sometimes use Danish Brobizz, but takes a day to activate for a new license plate.

Kjempehyggelig service og bra biler. Fulgte meg ut til parkeringstedet for å hjelpe. Serverte kaffe mens vi ventet på papirene. Kan ikke bli bedre - bruker Alamo/Enterprise der det er mulig.

At first I was scared from the reviews I see here but everything went really nice with Alamo. The woman at the desk was very supportive and even helped me getting comfortable with driving an automatic car. The car was very nice and the drop-off went smoothly. I received my money right away.

We rented a car for 22 days. Upon pick up we were served quickly and everything was explained well. We were given an upgrade Toyota Rav that performed perfectly. There were a couple of defects on the exterior that hadn't been noted on our sheet but when we emailed after doing our inspection they were quick to reply back and updated their records. On return we were served again by lovely efficient staff who went and checked our vehicle when we asked them to as we have further travel to do and we wanted to make sure everything was sorted and ok before we left. Invoice detailing our tolls etc was sent promptly. Extremely happy with this company as they made a Norway road trip hassle free.

Svært dårlig opplevelse, var to timer for sen til å hente bil grunnet flyforsinkelse, da hadde de trykket no show" og jeg kunne glemme å få bilen jeg hadde bestillt. Forsto raskt at dette var de vant med

Una mala experiència! després d’haver retornat el cotxe m’han passat un càrrec totalment desmesurat per una petita incidència que havia indicat. Aneu en compte si llogueu un cotxe perquè podeu tenir alguna sorpresa desagradable com jo.

Worst place I have ever rented a car from, will not recommend. Upon arrival they were serving people before us, when we were finally served after 30 minutes we were told the car we wanted isn’t available and instead given a different car. During the rental we received fines, and were told the car rental will take care of it. After a while we received an invoice for some fines but triple the amount. Originally the had agreed they will allow us to pay the original fine amount, they had then magically changed their mind saying we have to pay with the added costs. After back and forth for a few months we decided to pay the fines as it was clear we were dealing with unprofessional people. We would then set up a date for a call to pay the fines, however they would not call on the agreed date and time. It was clear they are just time wasters. After numerous emails from us, we were finally able to pay off the fines. Whilst we thought the nightmare was over, they randomly charged my card 3 months after we had first rented the cars, they didn’t tell us why, despite us emailing asking what for. Luckily I was able to dispute the charges with my bank. If I could give them a 0/5 I would, absolute time wasters.
