Twice I've had to cancel a transaction after the money failed to arrive on time. They told me the refund will take 2 - 3 days. The first time it took over a week. This time I'm on day 3. Money intended to pay school fees for poor kids stuck in their system. Comparatively RIA refunds return to a bank account a little under 30 hours

Be very cautious when using these people. Me and my wife wanted to transfer money due to an emergency and we used them. We followed the weird instructions. After you order the transaction, you need to make a money transfer to an account in Spain. Not in Norway. After we transferred the money and provided the proof of transaction we waited for 5 days and the money did not get to its destination. We had to get in touch again, and for a second time they requested proof of the transaction with the name of the account holder and the account number. Could have asked for this from the beginning, or at least communicated to the customer that the transaction was not being made. We provided the documents and on the same day they cancelled the transaction. No notification, no call, no explanation, no nothing.As it would happen with any other honest company, you would guess that after cancelling the transaction these people would return the money that they have received. We waited for a week and the money was not back into our account so we called them again. They are now requesting proof of ownership of the account. They received a money from an account which apparently they have not used. The transfer has the code of the transaction they cancelled. All they need to do is return this money to the account where it came from, but they refuse to do it. I now need to waste more time, getting in touch with my bank to get more documents just to get my money back. I am not even going to get into transfers, fees from them, fees from the bank, etc, etc.I would be very careful if you are considering using these people. I am also looking into making the Norwegian authorities aware of the practices these people have. Do not use them, there are other alternatives that are better and easier to use.
