Hyggelig personale som var akuratt passe innpåslitne :) Lot meg gå rundt å titte alene, samtidig som de holdt seg i nærheten for evt. spørsmål. Ble til at jeg brukte en del penger. Fikk også tatt en del fine bilder.

We bough a bed-sofa at bolia. The sofa was standing in a store therefore we were given a discount on original price. Before we bough the sofa, we were informed that the sofa has the same warranty policy as a new product. We experienced an issue with the sofa and contacted customer service. We send an image of the sofa via email and described the problem. The customer service refused to provide any service. They explained that they couldn't fix/replace the sofa because it was bough with a discount. The only service they could provide is to reimburse the cost of the sofa if we ship it back to the store. This obviously contradicts the information that we were given before be bough the product. In addition after only looking at an image of the sofa the customer service made a smart conclusion stating that the issue we experienced with the product is due to us using it in a wrong way.

39 000,- mid size sofa goes torn out within three years only by sitting on it. Bolia has overpriced products for mid-range quality. Definitely not coming back.

Me and mye wife got help from a very sweet lady who helped us with all our questions and made our decisions much easier. I even went back the next day to buy one more item, hehe.
