totally disappointed with the service. a replacement ship was used on our route. despite the announcement, half the price was not charged. Round trip could not be booked due to technical problems. we had to book both passages individually at full price. no staff on site who can help here. The equipment on board was also disappointing, absolutely not suitable for children or disabled people. cannot recommend this company.

I booked 2 tickets online from Undredal to Flåm. We saw the boat but it never stopped. We were never notified, which is completely unacceptable

Beautiful mini-sail from Gudvangen to Flåm. The crew was nice and can’t beat that scenery!

Highlight of Flåm! We took the bus first to Gudvangen and then the cruise boat back to Flåm. It’s a unique experience, gliding through the fjords and taking in all the sceneries.

Scenic cruise , do download the “voice of norway” app for understanding more about landmarks along the tour. We took flam to gudvangen. Electric ship thus very quiet ride. Join the queue atleast 30 min before to get best seat or view points. Take along snacks , as the one onboard are quite pricey. Although staff is great and polite

All electric. Quiet. Great tour from Flam to Gudvagen in two hours. Can get food, drinks and walk around while viewing the fjords. Fun.

Croisière Flam-Gudvangen via l'Aurlandsfjord et le Naeroysfjord. Le bateau est très confortable et les plateformes permettent de prendre de beaux clichés. Le retour se fait en navette.
