A warm, cosy, homely feeling engulfed us when we had the immense pleasure of stopping here for dinner. Tasty and locally sourced ingredients, pretty cheap.The owner spoiled us, and spent some lovely time having a chat with us.The location is stunning, with a pretty view on the fjord. Definitely recommended!

It is hard to find a place on the road to stop for a cup of coffee and a bite...but this is one of the few. Great coffee and the Dutch lady behind the counter makes great chocolate cakes to go with it. Sitting on the terrace, in the sun, out of the wind, great view on the lake....just great.

Cute lunch break spot with great views. The owner had not fully set up when we arrived but was kind enough to make us some hamburgers straight away. Interesting pictures inside and amazing views on the deck overlooking the water. Dogs allowed on the deck outside.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting that misses in several areas. The facilities are amazing but the dinner was lacking good service and good food. The breakfast was excellent. One arriving after a long drive should not have to struggle to find a parking space a long walk from the hotel. Finally, the rooms are in serious need of a renovation.

Stopped for lunch on our way to Odda, this is a charming spot, of the sort we would have like to find more on our trip. No frills food. Owned by a lady well worth having a chat with.

This place is amazing. Great food and the view is spectacular. We almost went somewhere else because they dont publish their business hours but we decided to give it a shot for Sunday lunch and we’re glad we did. Definitely worth a stop.
