My original and first impression of this salon was unfortunate, as the results didn't live up nor resembled what I requested. However, after being in touch with the owner, I was invited back to their other salon in order to fix the damage (figuratively speaking) that was done. I find it very admirable that they take their feedback seriously and went out of their way to sort things out.Coming back gave me the opportunity to see that my first impression of their business as a whole was wrong. In fact their staff is colourful and talented and they really did their best to sort out the mistakes from the first time around. Now my hair looks fresh, modern and has regained a shape and style. Very impressed with how white they managed to get my hair in just one sitting, as the bleached section had various different shades of yellow in it. I'm very happy to finally have it in a way more beautiful and an even shade of white.As someone who also has a sensitive scalp, I was really pleased that their products were much milder to the skin, allowing the bleach to work for a longer duration than what I'd bear in the past. The warmth, talent and skills from the employees I met today is worth every penny, and if you are looking for a place who can offer different approaches and solutions, then this is the place to go. Would also recommend this salon if you're more into unique hairstyles as well - I think they'd love the opportunity to go out of the norm every now and then!I hope future customers who sees this review will feel assured that their feedback will be heard and dealt with accordingly, should anything not turn out the way you had hoped. Hadde ødelagt håret med mye hjemmebleking. Dro hit for å få en jevn blond farge. Trodde ikke det gikk an å fikse håret men resultatet ble kjempefint og akkurat som jeg ville og uten å ødelegge håret mer! Hadde dratt til to andre frisørsalonger før denne å de sa de ikke kunne fikse håret. De sa jeg skulle la håret vokse ut eller farge det brunt noe jeg ikke ville. Jeg er veldi fornøyd! Gode ansatte. Er alltid like fornøyd når jeg forlater salongen og min hårguru Abo på avd. Prinsenkrysset. Han er morsom, dyktig, kommer med gode tips til å holde håret mitt friskt, og tar alltid godt vare på meg og håret mitt. 10/10! ❤️
