Tried to call the embassy just 30 minutes after they opened the lines. For 60 minutes I listened to torture music in a loop and a voice saying that the operators are busy and someone will be with you shortly. 61 minutes into the call the machine said something like There is no one

Dont even take the time to answer a mail after also call them. All i ask is why and if they can help with travel under covid 19 when i live in Sauda city where no one have covid since november 2020 and its green all city around here, the county Rogaland is green. But they not even take the time to give a reply, worst service any Embassy i ever sent too. Thailand have best in Norway, Germany very good, many have good. But this not even give a reply.... And its not travel for fun........
